Job Descriptions :

  • Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, EGCO's financial statements for submission to the management and major shareholders.    
  • Prepare quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, EGCO's financial statements, and note to the financial statements.
  • Prepare quarterly and yearly reporting packages as required by  major shareholders
  • Record accrued revenues and accrued expenses in GL system.

  • Contact and coordinate with the lenders' agents for the submission of the reports and the other information undertaking as required by the conditions specified in the loan agreement.

Position Summary

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Law 
  • Master degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business Administration will be advantage
  • At least 7 years of relevant experiences in power business, new business, new technology or large infrastructure business or financial institutions with a minimum of 4 years experiences in feasibility study, business development, project development, project management or asset management
  • Understandings of business law, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, PPA etc.
  • Well knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling
  • Good command of English language   TOEIC 700
