Job Description:
- To support and assist the team in undertaking initial screening and preliminary analysis of the assigned projects and opportunities, including but not limited to technical, commercial, contractual, and financing aspects.
- To develop a financial model from scratch or use one already available to conduct a preliminary analysis and prepare reports summarizing the findings/results.

Job Description:
- Develop the financial model, conduct the initial analysis and prepare the related documents for the responsible projects.
- Support BDD team in developing and conducting feasibility study, investment proposal, financial model, project funding and relevant contracts to ensure successful project development.

Job Description:
- Manage the on-time preparation and submission of the GAAP to IFRS conversion FS, including coordination with auditor and relevant advisor.

- Process/issue for all the payments of EGCO and subsidiaries, by cheque, transfer, or cash.
- Follow up, and process all required documents for the receiving of revenues/all other incomes (e.g., dividend payment, rental & services payment, etc.).
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for short-term investment both in local and foreign currencies with appropriate returns.
- Prepare all payment transactions including dividend payments to EGCO's shareholders to be correct, on time and with no default by coordinating with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and Bank.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for cash management of both Baht and foreign currencies, purchase foreign currencies, open bank account and inform changing authorized signatures to bank.
